Activities

      The ultimate goal of Housing Department is to provide suitable accommodations to the teaching staff with their families so as to create clean & conducive atmosphere for them to live in convenience in term of heath & social interactions .

Assignments of Housing Department :

      1- Apply laws & regulations with regard to housing affairs .

      2- Follow up leases for various occupied buildings, renovation & evacuation if required taking all related measures .

      3- Accommodate to those who request according to applicable rules .

      4- Follow up & check up the processes of maintenance & operation of buildings by means of competent authorities .

      5- Follow up credit & expense in connection of renting the building .

      6- Coordinate with the Financial Department to waive off from the resident salary against water supply , electricity & the rent .

      7- Communicate to the concerned bodies to render convenient services to building units .

      8- Study pending requirements for building units & reflect these requirements to university authorities in-side the campus .

      9- Providing of housing testimony letter to the residents .
